Felt good today. I think I'm getting the hang of this diet. It's not so hard. Just gotta stick with it.
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - mashed cauliflower , small chicken breast, half avocado
Snacks - almonds, sugar free jello w/whipped cream, protein shake
Dinner - ground beef, onions, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole
