I weighed myself this morning and i am 162! I started at 171 last Monday. This diet really seems to be working for me. It gives me motivation to keep going. I really thought I had broke my ketosis over the weekend, but i didn't. YAY!
Breakfast -Coffee w/Stevia
Lunch - Chick fil A side salad, 6pc. grilled chicken nuggets
Snack - Almonds, Cheesestick
Dinner - Baked Chicken Breast w/mashed cauliflower
Snack - pepperoni slices, no-carb protien shake
