Day 6

Happy Saturday!

Lost another pound today, yay!
Today i didnt do much except laundry. Tonight we are going to a dinner/dance so I really hope I can stay focused and not cheat. We'll see tomorrow I guess!

Breakfast - sausage mixed with eggs, slice of ham, 3 pieces of bacon

Lunch - no lunch

Snack - sugar free jello w/whipped cream

Dinner - brisket, salad, green beans
