Day 2

Was shocked to see that I lost 2lbs this morning. I know weight fluctuates so I'm not gonna get my hopes up high.

The cravings aren't so bad yet, but my mouth has been really dry so Ive been drinking lots of water.

I went and bought some ketostix and I'm going to test it out tomorrow morning.

On to my food!

Breakfast - half of an avocado, coffee

Lunch - can of tuna with mayo, 2 boiled eggs, pickle, half of avocado.

Dinner -Main dish: Chicken breast strips mixed with veggies. Side dish: "Loaded Cauliflower" which is cooked cauliflower w/cheese on top, bacon bits, butter, and a bit of sour cream.

Snacks - mozzarella cheese stick.
