Last night was a success. I did cheat a little and had 4 beers. But they were the Michelob Ultra which only has 3 carbs each. I felt like crap today though. Not doing that again!
Breakfast - chorizo, egg & cheese
No lunch
No dinner
Snacks - no carb bread that I found on YouTube, sugar free jello with whipped cream
