Day 4

I'm starting to crave bread. I feel okay energy wise but my cravings are kicking in a little. Gonna try to make a low carb bread i seen on YouTube.

Breakfast - egg patty, cheese, smoked turkey and half of avocado.

Snacks - almonds

Lunch - salad with 1 boiled egg, smoked turkey, cheese, bacon ranch dressing

Snack - sugar free jello

Dinner - shrimp cocktail, 1/2 slice of low carb bread.
